Finally got to Z's Fusion!

I feel terrible having waited this long. Chef Dallas is one of my very favorites! We really enjoyed the atmosphere, service and FOOD. First rate. My husband said the salmon was the best he has EVER had. He is a real salmon lover, so that is huge. I had the seafood salad in entree size. Excellent and healthy! I plan on visiting for lunch next week. The menu is interesting and I know we will be back here more often.
