Reception:

Dinner:
“Tuna Tataki” – Thinly sliced tuna seved with ponzu sauce.
McWilliams Hanwood Estate 2007 Riesling, South Eastern Australia.
“Kanisu” – Cucumber roll with crab stick, avocado, suno mono sauce.
“Spicy Tuna Cocktail” – Fresh chopped tuna with spicy sauce and cucumber
Whitehaven 2008 Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand.
“Caviar Roll” – Yellowtail, white tuna, smoked salmon, avocado & cream cheese Inside covered with masago, tempura flakes, hot sauce, wasabi dressing and eel sauce.
“Crunch Munch Roll” – Spicy crab inside, cooked shrimp covered with tempura flakes and wasabi dressing on the outside.
