Announcing Omelettes and Tofu Scramble at Ray's Monkey House

Like the subject says:

Starting this weekend, we'll be offering made-to-order omelettes and also Tofu Scramble at Ray's Monkey House Coffeeshop. We're going to start with just Sat/Sun, and then add weekdays if it goes well. Just wanted ya'll to be the first to know. Please stop by and give me some feedback!

What type of ingredients will be available for the omlettes? Strictly veggie or some meats/cheeses? I will def keep that in mind either way. Sounds good.
