Interesting information. I've eaten at First Watch plenty of times in St. Louis, and it's good - it will definitely be a competitor to Wild Eggs. They have the same concept, but their menus are somewhat different. Having eaten at both many times, I would easily prefer Wild Eggs - their Everything muffin is like crack to me!
