by Steve Kluesner » Thu Jul 16, 2009 8:25 pm

We are finally going to make it back to Louisville for a weekend get away next week and wanting to know what is new in town.

Any thoughts or suggestions.

We had Seviche and Lynn's the last trip. Both excellent choices.

I concur...in a big way. We can't seem to pull ourselves away from the place.

The Seelbach is doing a great room rate of $79 on July 24th if you participate in the Oakroom's Rhone Wine Dinner! Details of the dinner can be found at http://www.theoakroomsommelier.blogspot.com.

Probably going to try North End Cafe.....what is best...breakfast, lunch or dinner?

Is Volare still around? Anything else comparable to Volare?

I like North End cafe best for breakfast, but it is available all day.

Volare is still around and you should go there.

Varanese is another good choice that I believe has been mentioned and I would not miss 732 Social.

We personally prefer their breakfast although everything is great. They've recently changed so you can have anything on their menu at any time, and they are now also open on Mondays until 2:30 PM.
