Their bread is lavash rather than pita; not too far from a flour tortilla. I'm pretty sure they make it fresh in a central commissary and ship it to the restaurants.
Menu highlights are kabobs, falafel and salads. I think they have the best falafel in town.
Whenever I go, which is about once a week, I try to get some tadeegh. It's not a regular menu item and they give it away. From what I can tell, when they cook rice they lay some lavash at the bottom of the pot, and it bakes into a crispy layer of bread and rice which almost resembles peanut brittle. I'm addicted to it.
