I think we can all agree that when a restaurant group starts referring to food as a "platform", it is definitely a chain.

Sad if true...and yes, "O.R." is KFC-speak for "Original Recipe" (as "E.C." is for "Extra Crispy")...

Pathetic...did they actually think El Pollo Loco wouldn't have caller ID or be able to Google the phone number (or at the very least the area code)?
