She discovered while perusing the nutrition information on their website that Louisville's small chocolate shake has more calories than the one in Chicago, Columbus, Detroit, Indianapolis, and St. Louis (although Cincinnati, Nashville and New Jersey's are even more fattening than ours). She is very disturbed that we have one of the most fattening shakes, and suspects it's all a part of a conspiracy to keep us fat in these parts. And, because I asked the question myself, no, there is no difference in the size of a small cup between regions.
Here are the stats on a small chocolate shake, by region:
Chicago - 390
Cincinnati - 570
Columbus/Detroit - 430
Indianapolis - 420
Nashville - 580
New Jersey - 580
St. Louis - 433
Louisville - 530

Does anybody have any thoughts or insight into this very important issue?
