1. Riesling Domaine Bott-Geyl “Le Elements” ‘05 (Alsace, France) 29.00/8.50
This small family run winery located in Beblenheim was established in 1947, but is now an up in coming star in Alsace. The wine is dry, medium bodied with plenty of crisp acidity and white fruits.
2. Vouvray Michel Picard ‘06 (Loire, France) 21.00/6.25
This light, crisp, off-dry wine is made from 100% Chenin Blanc, Michel Picard is known more for his Burgundy wines but this Loire Valley wine is the perfect summertime wine with is fresh vibrant fruit.
3. Vins de Savoie Domaine Labbe “Abymes,” ‘08 (Savoie, France) 20.00/5.95
Savoie is an Alpine region in Eastern France neighboring Switzerland. It is an excellent value wine that is mostly consumed within Savoie and is made from the little known Jacquère grape; it is fresh, dry, and light-bodied with the flavors of granny smith apple and lemon.
4. Chardonnay Louis Latour “Le Chardonnay” ‘06 (Burgundy, France) 23.50/6.95
Latour has been family run since the 17th century and is one of the most respected houses in Burgundy. This chardonnay actually comes from the village named for the grape, Chardonnay. The wine is un-oaked, medium-bodied, dry, and crisp with the flavors of apple, pear and light minerals.

This wine is made from the typical Rhone blend of Grenache 60%, Syrah 20%, Mourvedre 10% and Cinsault 10%. It is medium-bodied, dry with the flavors of spice, red fruits and light tannins.

A full-bodied slightly earthy blend of organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon 38%, Carignan 33%, Grenache 20%, and Syrah 9%. The wine is organically made and has the flavor of black and red raspberries Provencal herbs and black pepper.
