Southern Charm

Louisville has always been known for its Southern charm, hospitality and an overall good will toward our fellow man. We who enjoy cooking and feeding people here in Louisville have always supported each other. Yesterday I was visited by a Louisville/Metro Farmers Market Permit Inspector because she said that Ken of Ken’s Bar-B-Q and Catering who also is a vendor at the same farmers market filed a complaint against me because I qualified to cook at the market and he did not so “it was not fare .” NICE!!!!! By the way, the inspectors are all very nice and supportive and we thank them for their hard work.
