That's OK--it is at least a Louisville franchise. It sure beats a national franchise a la TGI Fridays. Besides, there is a Starbucks on practically every corner in the dining areas of Washington DC.

Totally agree, James ... I wasn't quibbling about the good news, just noting that Main Street already has a Mexican restaurant. Now it'll have two. I wish we could get Tacos Toreados to park down there and make it three!
