Good question. He was at Nios, but it sounds like he's in search of a new gig now. Hopefully he'll weigh in if he's working elsewhere at the moment. . .

Cristina Cortez wrote:Hey everybody!!! I finally got my computer up and running, I was having some issues with it. I see that my husband Adrian has kept you posted of what's going on in the old Nio's location. Of course, I would love to hear suggestions. Mexican Tapas is defenitly a must considering the location and the late hours. I would be adding some South American/Caribbean and of course most of the taste will come from my home country Ecuador.
Hey ... on our Wine Forum we have a tradition that when a person reaches 1000 posts, he or she gets to choose (within reason) a unique "rank" rather than the standard "foodie" and such. What do y'all think about doing something like that here?

I'm sure she'd love to hear some requests.
