OK, I know it sounds tacky, but I'm taking my wife on a much-needed vacation to Cancun at the end of the month. So, now I'm asking for restaurant advice for the area. Does anybody have a "must try" restaurant or eatery - or even a "damn that looks good" type idea?

I'm a big fan any of the places owned by the Rolandi family, which were founded by a classically trained Swiss expat chef. The have 2 casual upscale pizzerias, one downtown and one on Isla Mujeres, which both turn out a very authentic Neapolitan style pie. They also have a fine dining restaurant downtown and another at Villa Rolandi, their very upscale hotel on Isla Mujeres.
