SUMMER MENU CHANGES AT CLUB GROTTO AMERICAN BISTRO
Club Grotto, 2116 Bardstown Road (502-459-5275) has revised its menu to reflect the new season. New appetizers include Southern Fried Green Tomatoes and Pan Fried Crab Cakes with Roasted Red Pepper aioli.
Salads include a Gravlax Salad, in house cured Salmon, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries and Pink Peppercorn Citrus Vinaigrette. The Fresh Heirloom Tomatoes and house made Mozzarella Cheese have returned for the season.
New entrees like the Grilled Trout topped with Shrimp and Crab Meat with Vegetable Cous Cous join the old favorites like the Macadamia Nut Encrusted Sea Bass and Blackened Ahi Tuna; some price adjustments have been made.
The New Bar Menu includes a Grotto Burger, Smoked Ribeye Sandwich, Goat Cheese Pizza and a White Cheddar Cheese Quesadilla with Caramelized Onions and Roasted Red Peppers and your choice of Chicken, Beef, Pork, Mushrooms, Shrimp or Lobster.
