Cheesemonger at Lotsa?

Folks,

I'm supposed to be talking to the Head cheesemonger at Lotsa Pasta later and I've lost his card. I'm so embarassed that I've forgotten his name- can't tell you how many times I've had in-depth conversations with him.

10 bonus points to the first person who can tell me his name.

No Todd, you are a Beer HOUND. A Beer Monger (if you recall from your younger days) is one who either drinks or absconds with all the beer, leaving you without. Hmmmmm...on second thought maybe you ARE a Beer monger
