Chef Travis Hall, formerly with Eva Mae's on River Road, is there, and that's a plus. We dined there last summer during heirloom tomato season and thought it was pretty good, but the problem is that it's the successor to The Cafe at the Antique Mall, which was exceptional, and it suffers both in the comparison and because they moved it out of the big upstairs room with tall windows and high ceilings into a rather dark interior room downstairs. Not bad, and with Travis at the helm, it may grow, but I wasn't 100 percent blown away by it last year. Don't let me bring you down, though. If you go, let us know what you think.
