Pulled Turkey and Sweet Chili Rigatoni: Cajun Brasied Turkey, Red Peppers, Cabbage, Fresh Mint and Basil in a house made Sweet Chili Sauce tossed with Rigatoni

Trout Meuniere Alamandine over Corn Maque Choux, with Rosemary New Potatoes
