Live jazz at Seviche every Tuesday

by Anthony Lamas » Wed Jun 10, 2009 11:25 am

Thought I'd let everyone know, that on Tuesdays, we will have the Jacob Duncan Trio. If you've never heard them, they are amazing. Some might have heard them at the Nach Bar, where they play on Wednsdays. It really is a nice match, having them at Seviche. They set up outside on the patio and play from 7-10 Also later if needed. As always, thank you Robin for the power of this site.

Good! Now some of the other places around town have started to come around. Live music and good food go together.

This is great news, and furthers my resolve that I'll be making Seviche the reward after I manage to shed a few of these unwanted pounds (I go into rehab after every European trip).

Jacob and Jason are stellar jazz-men!

It was nice seeing you at Corbett's tonight, Anthony!

I'll try to catch up with you one of these Tuesday nights.

Will give you the Aspen experience first-hand when I return from the conference.

Taking in a number of classes with José Andreas!

Woot!

Ciao y muchas saludas!

This is Great 1/2 off Sundays and now Jazz on Tuesday.
I have been coming to Seviche for years, Have always loved it.
But recently with the recession my wallet only lets me go out on Sundays.
I Love the food most of all, but the wine list seams to be ever changing and as fresh as anything.
I sit on the patio to enjoy the Highlands. Or i sit at the bar and let Chris entertain me.
Last week he let me try a Mamawwanna shot. Witch i believe consisted of Twigs leaves
honey and rum he said he makes it in house and it heals what hurts.
The crowd is fun on sundays, but Jazz! baby i can hang out for Jazz.
Are there any food/ drink specials?
I love the food in this city. Moved from San Fran Several years and i put the food here
right up with the food back home.
Not Just Seviche but it is my favorite.

Hey,

For all you Jazz folks, we also have live Jazz at Ray's on a weekly basis. Every Friday night from about 8-midnight. Free!!

It is a pretty great band, called the Outfit. They're young and super talented. They also have many rotating musicians joining in on a fairly regular basis. Really, they are very very good.

We don't have a lot of food here, but some, and maybe it'd be something to check out after dinner? With a quality coffee or tea drink and/or microbrew and/or glass of vino....

Cheers

-Nimbus

P.S. Very cool to have more Jazz in the neighborhood.....

Jacob Duncan Trio = quality. Go see them. I saw them once and they were captivating. Good stuff.
