I am pleased to announce that Chef Mark Heil will be taking lead in the kitchen at Westport General Store. Chef Mark started his career at Creole and Seafood House in Auburn AL. More recently he was in the kitchen at Avalon and 60 West.
Give us a few weeks and we will have a new menu that will utilize the fresh vegetables that I am growing in the Garden. Chef Mark is committed to the vision of using local ingredients whenever possible and I look forward to a long partnership with him.
