My favorite is El Mundo's. Wish I didn't have to work tonight, that sounds like a great idea.

Does anyone know what El Mundo puts in their margaritas? They seem to do a "little more" than they should. A friend suggested they could put a little pure grain alcohol in them to make them so potent.

They use Sauza Blanco in the house margs. Apparently the top seller of Sauza in this region of the country! I admit I help in the consuming as much as permitted.

Do any of these places make them with fresh lime juice? I'm talking about the real stuff-not the margarita mix and not the sweetened lime juice.

My favorites are the Asiarita @ Asiatique and the Cadillac @ Seviche.

Both are very tasty and are not blender drinks.

I put vegetables in your desserts, white chocolate with your fish and other nonsense stuff that you think shouldn't make sense, but coax the nonsense into something that makes complete sense in your mouth. Just open your mind, mouth and eat.

Though they may not normally make them... I'd wager that if you were to ask at any place that prides their cocktail program as 'from scratch' (Proof, Old Seelbach Bar, 732 Social, etc.) they would probably be happy to oblige you if you ask nicely. And if they do... Tip well!
