The Taco Wagon

Does anybody know what happened to Juan and that wonderful taco wagon that would hang out in Lyndon? I've not seen it in a while.
If life's a Banquet, what's with all the Tofu?

Cheers!

In a recent post on another topic I noted that the other guy, the gordita trailer, is still going strong. If you have a taco jones you may want to check him out. Eastland shopping center parking lot on Bardstown rd Friday nights and Saturdays.
The tall one wants white toast, dry, with nothin' on it.
And the short one wants four whole fried chickens, and a Coke.

My Patria

You can't beat this place for real mexican food. It is close to where the taco wagon used to be.

Tacos Torreadeos? I heard through the grapevine that Lyndon ran them off. Not sure if that's true or, if so, why. Just what I heard.

Las Gorditas is still going strong.

If there's any truth in that, I'd sure like to know the whole story ... and tell it widely.

I ate at Las Gorditas tonight. Perfect as usual. It would be a shame if bureaucrats had a hand in shutting down the Taco Wagon, though.

I never even got a chance to try the Wagon. Hopefully he'll reappear somewhere.
