Boombozz Rolls Out New York Style Pizza
LOUISVILLE, Ky.-After a one year quest to find New York’s best pizza, Tony Palombino, Founder of the Boombozz concept, feels good about the final product. "Over the last year I made hundreds of pizzas just trying to get it right, just trying to master what New Yorkers do," he said.
The new pizza, to be dubbed the “Brooklyn Pizza Pie” is crafted with a signature New York style sauce, hand- tossed dough and cut into foldable slices.
The pie includes a blend of Fresh “Fiore DI Latte” mozzarella, shredded mozzarella and grated Gran Padano cheeses. It is then drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil and garnished with fresh basil and oregano.
Available at the Springhurst Location only, customers can receive a large Brooklyn Pizza Pie for $10.99. Lunch Slices and the “Big Slice Combo” which includes a side Caesar or Field Green salad will be available between the hours of 11-4 pm Mon –Saturday.
