Need a caterer/food provider

by Jo Self » Sat May 09, 2009 3:44 pm

So my outdoor movie nights are starting up again on May 16 and having had to change venues at the last moment (which is wonderful by the by, we're now at BBC Taproom downtown), I am looking for someone who can come out, sell food and donate 10% of sales back to the charity of choice each month. I'm open to rotating vendors or someone who would commit to the whole summer.

The movie line up is all John Cusack movies, we start on May 16 and run third Saturdays through September (maybe October). Live music starts at 8, movies at sundown, so any vendor should plan on 7-10/10:30.

Any suggestions/interest would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Anywhere I can find a schedule of movies? Some John Cusack movies I'd love to come watch on a nice Saturday evening, others, not so much. . .

I have to concur. But now I'm wondering... are redheads and food-love related?? I mean, so far, five of us here... (and Marsha, you have me editing my ellipses) :)

I'm not on the Facebook group (no Facebook, MySpace, etc. for me. . .). I'll just check your website. Thanks, Jo.

Brad.. you're right (not that you wouldn't be). It's Ben Keeton that's on FB.

And thank you to all for the help. And thanks Ronnie - it looks like J Gumbo's will be working with us for the summer!

Hey Jo,

We would be happy to help you out. We (FB3 Development Catering) have all the equipment (Grills, tents, tables, etc.) for a complete set up. Plus, we are a block away from the tap room.

Give me a call when you get a chance we can discuss the events.

Thanks,

Sandy

Sandy,

Thanks... can't believe I didn't think of that. I'm going to PM you as well. I've sent a friend in your direction to possibly hold an event there. Her name is Chris-Rachel if she calls.

And thanks again for hosting the last Supper Speakeasy... people are still talking about it. :)
