The third deli will open on Monday, May 11 at 10a.m. at 1975 S. Hurtsbourne Pkwy. The other two Louisville Jason’s Delis are located at 4800 Shelbyville Road and 400 N. Hurstbourne. The Shelbyville Road location opened in February of this year.
