This is a shout out to my brethren in food-service. The hours are long, the work is hard, but this is why we do what we do. I think the food we serve over the next two days shows what makes our city such a special place to live! Time to show off what a great dining scene we have here. I stand fast with my brothers and sisters in food service. I can't count how many Derby races I have watched for two minutes on the bar TV, then back to work! I'm lucky to have a job now where I don't have to work at night, but I totally empathize.
