4th and Winkler --new Mid-Eastern Cafe ?

does anyone have any info on a new Mid-Eastern restaurant next to the Walgreens at 4th & Winkler ?

The sign says "Maka ... Caferteria"

Wasn't open but it could be a lunch place or they are just getting everything together.
