Every time I try to get out....they keep pulling me back in! Would have taken Willie's kitchen again full time but I really like where I'm at right now (sorry Willie). Should be a blast though! On a side note, any up and coming Chefs should take a hard look at Westport General as Will is a truly great guy and it's a REALLY cushy gig.

Will the buffet be featuring any of the menu items or is this something entirely different?

Correction. We are not going to do a Buffet after all. I have decided to go with a limited menu of some of our favorites. For our specials we are going to fire up the smoker and do some ribs, chicken, brisket and salmon. The shrimp and grits and chicken breast saltimbocca as well as the Bison rib eye will be on the menu plus some more favorites.

The bands will be blast. We still have some room so give me a call.
