Forum Sendoff for Fernando and Cristina at Mojito's

Ok all - this got a bit lost in the thread around Mojitos being sold and Fernando's new adventure. As a reminder, we had positive feedback on the idea of having a sendoff for Fernando and Cristina to send them off in style and thank them for the great food and great hospitality. Fernando suggested anytime after May 12th (which is a Tuesday) and we were trying to aim for a Monday to accomodate the industry folks on the forum. The next available Monday - the 18th, won't work because it's the day before the Chicken and Dumplings Throwdown, and the Monday after that is Memorial Day. Soooooo....I'm making one more attempt. Monday June 1st anyone? Say, 6:30 at Mojito's? I'll start the list if this works for most!

Whoops, I misread your message, Melissa. I have scheduled a cooking class at Campbell's Gourmet Cottage with Josh Moore that evening. for the cooking class; that I will miss the Forum Sendoff for Fernando and Cristina
