Anyone know what is going in there? There is some heavy renovation.

Pretty sure I recall from a previous conversation on the board it is a medical office ...

Darn. I saw a medical office going into the old Blockbuster.
I was hoping for good food.

Yes, it is called "Cal-spa". Dr. Calobrace teamed up with Genesis Medical Center and will be moving to that location. My understanding is that the medical/facial type facilitites will be at the new location and the gym equipment will stay at its current location but will be under the "Cal-spa" name.
