Scuddles Seafood in Floyds Knobs

Anyone know anything about Scuddles Seafood @ Highlander Point Shopping Center in Floyds Knobs (where Cuba Libre was located until the fire)?

The sign went up last week. I really hope its decent food...I always tell my wife that Highlander Point needs something other than pizza and Beef O Brady's...how I long for the old Tumbleweed that used to occupy that spot. The food was much better back then!!!!

can't speak too much, but I have seen the preliminary menu, and know the Chef. From their menu ideas, to the bolstering force of the consulting culinary talent, I think everyone will be pleased... even HM the Queen herself. A nudge is as good as a wink, say no more.

Scuddles is modeled after a "fish house" you would find at your favorite beach. They will be doing fried seafood as well as healthy options. The are doing their own sauces as well as the salad dressings. This will be a real nice addition to the Highlander Point area. They will be opening very soon!
