Went last night, and thankfully missed the big rush. Excellent meal as usual. We went with another couple and had a wonderful time. Ordered the Paella Valencia for two as soon as we sat down, knowing it would take awhile. The four of us then split the guac, a cheese plate, the tenderloin, and the duck flatbread which is still one of my favorite things there. It was all very tasty and well prepared. When the paella came out we all thought we had ordered to much, but we tore into it and only had a few bites left at the end of the night. The paella is such a wonderful dish! Service was spot on as usual, and the atmosphere was great. Chef Martinez was not there last night but you can tell he has his crew set up to not miss a beat when he is out of the kitchen, which hopefully bodes well for the future. Great job guys and thanks for a wonderful meal!
