They selected their own barrel of Eagle Rare. Definitely give that a try!

The chorizo stuffed pork chop is always a winner. Last time I had a pecan crusted salmon, which was one of the best seafood dishes I have consumed in recent memory. I can't remember if that was just a special on that particular evening however.

Have everyone in your party do a different bourbon flight . . . with four people, you can taste a dozen different bourbons at a decent price!

Also, while I like the "regular" menu items, the burger is the tallest in the city, and fun (and good)

Robin, without question, you have to, have to, HAVE TO get the roasted garlic and goat cheese appetizer! It's worth going just for that! It comes out all hot and bubbly in this mini cast iron skillet w/ toast points! I want some just thinking about it. They also make an awesome Lemon Drop martini.

I can't say what food to order (I've only been once) but you have to try the George Stagg bourbon. 141 proof and smooth as they come.

First let me say a big thank you to Jeremy - he was the best! Great advice and service. And thank you to Chef Crouch (I think) for the lovely fiddlehead/morel/prosciutto starter. It was delicious - very complex flavors.

I'm not much of a wordsmith when it comes to reviews, but the table had 1 very tall burger, ahi tuna, filet and pork chopped stuffed with chorizo. If we had to pick one winner - I think it would be the pork chop. I can't say for sure because I refused to relinquish a single bite of my filet to swap for a bit of chop.

Apps (almost forgot), the goat cheese/roasted garlic and the duck confit. It was tie for best.

So, my recommendation - go to Bourbon's - it's yummy! (and ask for Jeremy)
