Not a rumor, I'm selling my part at both Mojito and Havana Rumba not to an outside party, but to my partners so nothing will change, they are competent people that know what they are doing.

I always been honest with my employees and I think it shows by the number of them that we have been able to keep happy through the years; you see the same faces that you saw at the beginning in a business that employees simply don't stay for to long in the same place. I don't have to tell you or anybody the details of my business but I have informed my employees that I'm selling my part to my partner at Mojito(My ex-sue chef at Havana Rumba from day 1 and now my partner and sue chef at Mojito). Like I said before I have plenty of confident in this people and their ability to keep the quality of food and service.

Ferdando, you sir have no one to apologize to. This JD poster has some other motive to his posts. It's very clear. Your restaurants will continue and succeed because of your hard work and the wonderful staff that works there. Good luck to you, and thanks for leaving a wonderful mark on the local dining scene.

First there was the rumor that Serviche was closing with rapidly was proved wrong then even though Fernando told everyone what was happening with his restaurants another rumor contradicting what he told us comes up. Worse yet people don't even believe one the owner told us! Rumors sure are hard to kill around here.
