April Wine Dinner @ Seviche - "Gusto Latino!" - Cuba
Seviche will be continuing the "Gusto Latino!" wine dinner series on Wednesday, April 15th with a menu that features the culinary traditions of Cuba.
If you are unfamiliar with the "Gusto Latino" wine dinners, they are a fantastic special series inspired by the culinary traditions of the 27 different Latin American Countries. Each dinner focuses on a different country and is paired with unique wines from around the world.
The April 15th event will be Chef Anthony Lamas' eleventh dinner and the menu will be paired with unique wines from Spain, Portugal, Italy & France. David DuBou of Vintner Select will be the wine guide for the evening and a menu, pairings, cost and contact information are below.
