In 2004 Anthony Lamas won a Woodford Reserve recipe contest. The prize was the honor of having his recipes featured in the Official Woodford Cookbook and a trip to New York to present his menu at James Beard House.
In honor of Derby season we will recreate that dinner at Seviche on Thursday, May 28.
Representatives from Woodford Reserve will be there as well as bourbon lovers from around the state. The Woodford Reserve Cookbook featuring these recipes will be available for signing by Chef Lamas.
