I'm surprised they haven't put a SIN tax on this place. Went there last night, one word. Perfect. Nothing else to say.

I totally agree with you DeeDee. I especially like the Capsante (seared scallops over a sweet pea puree with crispy prosciutto and white truffle oil), Saltimbocca (prosciutto topped veal sauteed with sage in a white wine butter sauce), Linguini Frutti di Mare (shrimp, scallops, chunks of fresh fish, mussels, and clams tossed with a spicy tomato sauce) and the Gnocchi Tartufo (seared sea scallops served over gnocchi tossed in a black truffle cream sauce with peas and proscuitto). What the heck, I like the whole menu! Josh and Jeremiah sure can chef!

It is currently my favorite restaurant in town. We've been going about every other weekend for a couple of months.

There's no category for this, but Volare has the best bar for dining when you don't want the whole sit down experience. Great TVs as well!!
