Frank's now open in Garrett's old location. Anyone tried it?

Hello, all!

I was running errands during lunch and happened to drive past the old Garrett's location on Shelbyville Road. I saw a banner hanging up - Frank's Steaks, opening May 1st (or words to that effect).

Anyone got any scoop about this new venture?
