I recently posted a notice from Seviche about Easter and Mother's Day brunches. I don't recall the price, but it seemed fair for an exceptional meal at one of Louisville's best restaurants.

We've been going to the restaurant at the top of the Galt House every year for Easter since as far back as I can remember(I'm 26.) Good food, egg/omelet bar, Belgian waffles, tons of desserts... really all kinds of good stuff, and from what I understand it's very reasonably priced(I've never paid the bill.)

We serve breakfast until 3 pm, with the lunch kicking in at 11. Call soon though. We book up early for these holidays. 896-8770.
Did you know that Liz Riggs makes all of the challah used for our french toast? It's pretty killer. We also make our own brisket for corned beef, and smoke the trout used in the trout hash. NEC does everything possible in house, and the maple syrup is 100% IN. Keep it local ya'll.

I had a delicious pre-theatre dinner at Proof last night. Taking a bite of the pea puree relish is like eating a perfect spring afternoon - and the beat salad is always fantastic.

But I digress.... when the bill came we also got a card advertising Proof's Easter brunch. I didn't look that closely as I will be observing Passover, but thought I'd toss out Proof as an Easter Brunch option.

Mercy that sounds good. I wonder if I can convince the family to cancel our Easter reservations? Robin, is the regular menu at the Patron as appealing as the Easter brunch?
