Asiatique Restaurant Executive Chef and Owner Peng S. Looi and Executive Dinner Chef Tuan Phan will create a five course dinner paired with French wines from Michel Picard Vineyards. The dinner will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 7 p.m. The dinner is priced at $65 per person plus tax and gratuity. All reservations must be held with a credit card. Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the event or the credit card will be charged $50 per person not present for the reservation. Space is limited.
