Thank You Marsha. Who gave me away. I must have put it in my profile. It's out now. I guess I might as well except it. When I think about it, it's a good thing I'm still having'em. It sure came up on me fast this year. I think I'm going to try to smell a few more roses this next year. Thanks for the thought.

Happy Birthday Steve!

I like this "saying happy birthday to forumites" thing! Where I work, all birthdays are recognized with our cake of choice, baked with SERIOUS love by Diane ~ everybody's favorite mamma figure. On my birthday last year, I requested a chess pie. She baked one, but I think she downloaded a bunk recipe. She brought it to work anyway, along with a chocolate chocolate cake. She's the sweetiest. I hope in the future we will be privvy to more forum birthdays so we can CELEBRATE!

My birthday is October 22. Please take note. :D

Wow Jackie, mine is Oct 21. I'll buy you an adult beverage or two. Come to Imps and we will celebrate.

Excellent idea...

Hey, I wonder if there is a way for us to get a calendar going on here for birthday tracking. If nothing else, we could start a thread in the just for fun forum and and anyone who wants to can add their b-day. Do we have to do that , Robin, or is there another option?

It already exists! Just go to the User Control Panel and look for the place to enter (optional) personal information. You can enter the date of your birthday (with or without the year), and then on the day, the forum will welcome you with a little note at the bottom of the main page. :)

Oh, I've never noticed that. I actually do have my birthday entered on my profile, but I don't see that it appears for the general audience. Does happy birthday ____ appear for everyone to see? I'll bet I logged in this past year and failed to notice that the forum was wishing me happy birthday!
