Elmer's Easter Candy

by melissa b » Wed Mar 18, 2009 2:17 pm

Okay, another longing for home. I've been in search of Elmer's Easter Candies particularly Heavenly Hash Eggs and Gold Brick Eggs. I've checked a few places and haven't seen them. My mom is going to bring me some when she comes for Easter, but I'm want my fix sooner. Anybody???

Elmer's confections are normally pretty easy to find. Walgreens used to carry them.

Hmmm...I checked at the one on Bardstown and Taylorsville and they didn't have them.

Just saw on their site that they only sell in TX, Al, MS, and LA. I guess I'm out of luck until my mom gets them to me. It just really isn't Easter until I've had a heavenly hash egg.

Thanks all!!

Unless they recently stopped sales in KY I know they used to sell here. I'll look while I'm out and about.

Melissa- I wanted to get back to you re: this candy... I can't find it either. I have looked in all the places that I thought it would surely be to no avail. I THOUGHT I had found it but when I looked closer it was Palmer's and not Elmer's candy. Perhaps I was thinking Palmer's all along. What can I say? I'm a goof. And I had such high hopes of finding it for you. :-(

Carla,

Thanks for being on the look-out. I've also have failed to find any around town. Luckily, my parent's will be arriving in a week and a half with a case of each variety plus some of their newer dark chocolate varieties.
