Drunken Chicken Pizza

I am creating a pizza for the LOUISVILLE BREWFEST with part of our proceeds being donated to Make A Wish Foundation. Hope to see you there!

DRUNKEN CHICKEN PIZZA (exclusive pizza made for beer fest)
Chicken slowly marinated in Spices and Moretti Rosso Beer on a Cajun red sauce topped with red onions, Asiago and Mozzarella Cheeses and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Not to be confused with the Drunken Chicken Pizza that J. Gumbo's on Frankfort Ave. serves as a special from time to time.

Can't wait to taste it!

I've given up alcohol and sodas in an extra effort to shed some pounds. I haven't done a very good job of changing my eating habits yet though. With pizza like that, I doubt I'll be doing it anytime soon either! I'm planning to attend the brewfest to socialize and network. I'm pretty sure I can resist the beer. I normally drink bourbon anyway. Any idea if they are going to have a DD program in place?
