Kaelin's

It appears, in the CJ no less, that Kaelin's has closed:

kaelins was served a summons for forcibles (eviction) on feb.12-09. also there are outstanding property taxes on property. i don't think kaelins will be returning.

Where did you find the information about the eviction? Who was actually evicting them? Was it a matter of a bank foreclosure, I believe they own the building so it wouldn't be a landlord issue. If they were evicted in February how were they able to stay in business?

Right....Kaelin's is closed and I don't look for it to be coming back.....although I don't think the location will be closed long at all.

Unless I'm mistaken, the owners of Kaelin's and the owners of the property where it was located are two different parties....
