Reminds me of a bar in NY that was popular when I first moved there in the late 70's- all the stools were toilet seats.
Not terribly comfy as I recall.

John:

Hong Kong does has some of the best Chinese cuisines(all regions especially Cantonese) but the ultimate dining destination has to the culinary paradise called Malaysia.

And when I go to southeastern Asia, I will by pass Hong Kong in favor of Malaysia, but I sure they won't compare to your cooking.
