Olmeca's Gourmet Mexican Grill

Does anyone know if the owner of the now defunct Olmeca's has any active restaurants in town? I know the concept was short-lived, but could it have been more because of the location than the menu?? The times we ate there were always above average. Why was it not successful?

These are the people who own the "Aztecas" restaurants around town. Sol Aztecas on Bardstown across from Kroger is an example. Not the same menu, but I'd rate their food as equal to or better than most similar Tex-Mex places around town. They have a tasty chicken tortilla soup, I will say that.
As far as Olmeca's, I too thought it was a slight cut above the average place but I also thought that it wasn't sufficiently superior to warrant the premium pricing. An example was a quesadilla billed as a crab quesadilla but it of course was the fake stuff, despite a price suggesting the real thing.
