My first respondent from the forum was Ricky and I am going to try and get the tickets to him today. Hopefully, it will happen. If not, I will go down the list which is as follows:
les P
Scott Hack
Andrew Hutto
Nimbus Cuzin

I wish I knew these tickets were desired, as we have season tickets as part of Donna's job and we have only gone to one game. Wow, I wish we would not have wasted them. We were in Wisconsin for most of them. I would never take anything for the tickets, as that is not my nature. I'll be sure to keep you all in mind next season as I am a NBA fan and not a college fan. We will hold on to the tickets in preparation for the new arena.

Phil you have now entered a world where college basketball is a religion and our arenas are our sanctuaries :D

With all of the bickering between UofL and UK fans, complaining about the coaches, discussions about recruiting, dissection of individual players, depression after loses, you may well be converted in a year or two.

And Robin is not an agnostic. He is a heretic.

PS .. if you ever want to get rid of your wife, send her my way .. as long as she has the tickets.

These are good! I have to become a convert as I am wearing a Bucky Badger T shirt, A Wisconsin Rose Bowl hoodie from 1994, and Wisconsin sweatpants as I sit here. Usually, I hate athletic gear, but since I moved to Louisville, I must admit, I am homesick and I miss the Badger state.

This college-sports agnostic-heretic can't help you with the sports jones, Phil. But I think the forum - and other friends you'll make as time goes by - will help you see the other goodies that Louisville has to offer. Within just a few more weeks when spring starts popping, you'll get the idea. (Just ignore the occasional tornado watch ... )

My tickets went to Richard, but the next time there is a game, probably Fall of 2009, I will certainly post the unused tickets on this forum. We must have wasted 12 games this season.

Just be glad you're not wearing gear from a school that is in the Big East or SEC! The fans around here get downright hostile to fans of any team that is in their conference. Fortunately we moved here from ACC country so the only thing we hear about some local fans is how much they hate Duke! Something about them beating UK with a controversial shot at the buzzer! Since I don't know of any incidents were a Big 10 had a big win over any of the local teams I think you're safe wearing Wisconsin gear in public.

I was surprised when we first moved here to find that ten minutes of a thirty minute news cast covered college or high school B- ball games. I am not sports guy so it fairly easy for me to avoid the UofL/Uk "discussions".I just tell them I follow Chicago teams,Bears/Bulls, works every time.

My Badger gear is also in Louisville red, so I think I am safe..................What are the University football games like? We can season tickets to those also.
