Hey David,
How are you? You can count Donna and I in. Should I call the restaurant? Also, would like to meet with you, buy you lunch some place, to continue our discussion from the other night.

We are there! Finally a dinner with fish and no meat! I hate always asking for substitutes at these events!

Hmmm....I see two fish dishes and one meat dish. Am I confused?

Edited to say: Ahh, I see - fish is okay. But look out for that chorizo!

Hey Linda! Please do'nt ever hesitate to ask for all fish at any of my dinners. I have a vegetarian who I'm always happy to take care of. Also on my regular menu! That is my job as a Chef and I'm always happy to create anything anyone ask, whether a vegan or whatever, I will do my best to please.

Longtime lurker, new poster here.

I LOUDLY echo Linda C's sentiments about being excited to see a more "fish-centric" wine dinner at Seviche! :D Although I now see that I would've been accomodated had I just asked, I wasn't sure so I hadn't bothered. We dine her fairly often (hamachi, mmm) but have never taken advantage of the (usually meaty) wine dinners since I am a pescetarian.

We confirmed our reservations today. I'm very much looking forward to it!

Thank you Anthony! I somehow missed that chorizo, lol! I appreciate that there are so many great options at Seviche and everything is always so great. This will be a real treat.
