Party Poll

Well, if I have set up this poll correctly all can now vote for their perference to attend the Seviche party. I figure we'll give it a week or so and see what's best for everyone.

Just a quick note: sunday the 12th is Easter, might be family stuff going on that would keep a lot from attending. i would love to come but have my granddaughter's first birthday party on the 5th. Bummer....

Oh shoot- none of these dates really work if the 12th is Easter. I voted for the 5th as it's the only possibility for us, but it's highly unlikely that we'd attend as we'll just be getting back from Florida ( after an 11 hour drive) that morning...

As soon as I figure out how I'll change the third date to the 19th- I meant to check the date for Easter before I set up the poll but it slipped my mind.

Robin- can I edit the poll or do you delete the whole thing so I can start over?

Great! When you do, can you also make sure the "allow users to change answer" is selected, so I can switch my vote.... :D

None of the above, alas. Mary and I are hosting a small-group class called Via Media at St. Matthew's Episcopal on Sunday nights, and it runs through the day after Derby. :(

Don't change plans just for us, but if it's on any of those dates, we'll have to pass.

I changed it for you, Gary. I still have that Sundays problem until May 10, though. :(

How about the last couple of Mondays of March? The 23rd or the 30th but really it's up to you all, so let me know. Gary, I lost my phone with all my contacts, so text me and have Deano do the same.

Not sure if it would impact anything that much, but the 19th is the day after Thunder.
The tall one wants white toast, dry, with nothin' on it.
And the short one wants four whole fried chickens, and a Coke.

Either of those Mondays would work great for Mary and me, lunch or dinner either one.

I'm obligated to be on campus from 8:30 until 3:15 on Mondays, so I'd be a no-go for a Monday lunch.

Don't plan around me - as Flabby's will be my first offline. I think a person needs to earn his/her keep before receiving special considerations.

That's generous, Matthew, but I hope we could accommodate you. Frankly, the evening meal seems more appropriate for a Hat Party anyway, though! :D

Do Mondays work better for everyone? It sounds like they might. Robin, perhaps the Mon. options should be presented(evidently I can't do it since people have voted already). That way we can finally see you in all your leather clad glory.
The option to change votes needs to be opened also.
EvidentlyI jumped into this poll thing without knowing all the perameters, sorry to put you all through my learning curve.

Honestly, I can't say for certain which would work best for me. We've got family coming in April (dates as yet to be finalized, as usual), and we've got two tentative trips up in the air waiting for other things to happen before we can figure out what we're doing. I'm not sure things're gonna shake out yet.
