DCE is taking a Gavity Head Field Trip - Tues march 10

by Matthew Landan » Sun Mar 01, 2009 2:36 pm

Come one come all, hear ye hear ye!

Derby City Espresso is teaming up with Rick & Jeff Tours and the NABC to offer you a chartered field trip to the NABC for Gravity Head.

For the low low price of $10 we offer you a chance to get 'on the bus' with us and ride in style and comfort to the NABC for several hours of beer drinking, pizza eating and general merry making. After we will return you to DCE where there will be FREE coffee a plenty to sober you back up and allow you to make the drive home in a reasonable state of mind.

We will be meeting at DCE at 6:30 pm on Tuesday March 10 for the preliminaries. At 7pm we will be heading to NABC in a chartered coach. Three hours of fun in Indiana (get a drunk as you want without worry of the dreaded Indiana State Troopers) and then a ride home to DCE (or if it's more convenient BBC in St. Matthews).

When we get back I'll be making several pots of strong black coffee for anyone who needs a cup or four before heading home.

For more information please don't hesitate to drop me a note.
We would like that you please RSVP as space on the magic bus is limited.
this is going to be a blast and many of you lament that you can't make it to the NABC because of the fear of the DUI on the return trip or the lack of a designated driver... well... here's your chance!

Ah, I have a quiz in the morning or I would definitely be there. I hope you all have fun!

Just a quick reminder that we will be going to the NABC tomorrow night for Gravity Head. Roger has told me he will be putting on a special keg of Three Floyds Imperial Pale Ale for our group. We will be meeting at 6pm at Derby City Espresso (331 E. Market St.) and leaving at 7pm for the NABC.
We will be returning around 10:30 and I will have ample amounts of free coffee for everyone to sober up with! The cost is $10 for the bus ride and the coffee is on the house.
Come mangia some pizza with us and hoist a few pints!
