What: Join Slow Food Atlanta for a very special Spring
Supper. Enjoy a convivial gathering with Michael Pollan,
Dan Imhoff and other friends of Slow Food as we
celebrate the bounty of sustainable southern fare.

We'll begin with cocktails in the Oakhurst Community
Garden, and move to the Solarium for a multi-course
meal prepared by some of the finest (and Slowest)
chefs from throughout the southeast. (See below for a
complete list of chefs and event sponsors).


Place: Decatur, GA

Time: Cocktails in the Garden
6:30 pm at The Oakhurst Community Garden

8:00 pm at The Solarium


Cost: $150 Slow Food & Georgia Organics members

It does sound great - I will admit I clicked excitedly because I thought Deb had had dinner with Michael PALIN in Atlanta.

Revised menu for the dinner with Michael Palin:

Starter:
Parrot w/Meuniere sauce

Salad:
Wilted Wild Greens with Spam
Pairing: Cardinal Fang Red Wine

Main:
Grilled Wanda Fish with Egg & Chips
Pairing: Spiny Norman White Wine

Dessert:
A duo of Lumberjack confections : Real Man's Rum & Raisin and Girlie Strawberry Flavoured Fudge
